Our role in forms
Forms listed on SuperForm are created by other users and not by us. We are a third party service providing the technology for managing forms, and are not responsible or liable for the content of the forms or any other content or communcation sent by the form creators. Form creators have full control over their forms, and it is their responsibility to inform you of any relevant terms or policies that apply to your use of the Service outside of these Terms, as well as to respond to and resolve any disputes that you may have regarding their forms.

Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and of no effect. SuperForm may assign or transfer these Terms, at its sole discretion, without restriction. Subject to the foregoing, these Terms will bind and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors and permitted assigns. Unless a person or entity is explicitly identified as a third party beneficiary to these Terms, these Terms do not and are not intended to confer any rights or remedies upon any person or entity other than the parties.
Severability
If for any reason an arbitrator or a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the other provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India, and any disputes arising from or related to your use of this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karnataka, India.
